Yes, for the cruises personally conducted by Audrey Grant and the Better Bridge
Team. These are private groups.
No, for the onboard programs. These are available to all
passengers taking the cruise. However, the travel agencies suggested by Bridge
at Sea offer excellent rates for all cruises.

What is the bridge schedule for the private cruises?
Every morning, including port days, there is a two-hour bridge seminar. The material shares the most current tips for bidding, play, and defense. Each afternoon and evening, there is a two-hour sanctioned duplicate game. You can participate in these events as it suits your schedule.

What is the bridge schedule for the onboard programs open to all passengers?
Bridge is offered on sea days. The lesson schedule consists of Bridge for the Absolute Beginner and an Intermediate/Advanced Bridge Brush Up. The seminars are 45-60 minutes. A sanctioned two-hour duplicate game is offered afternoons at sea.

Are the games sanctioned?
Yes. The duplicate games are sanctioned by ACBL. The
masterpoint awards are somewhat lower than those for awarded at a regular club
game because the games are shorter (two hours) and run in a more relaxed
atmosphere.

Do I need a partner?
No. The Better Bridge Team will get a fourth for bridge, so you can feel
comfortable coming to the games with or without a partner.
